1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kkb8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kkb8 platform, its operators, and all associated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the kkb8 website accessible at kkb8.io, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, account management tools and promotional content.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not a registered account holder.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings or other incentives credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer table, sports event or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the Platform is explicitly restricted under applicable law or kkb8 policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by kkb8 prior to processing certain account actions including withdrawals above specified thresholds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and kkb8 with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any portion of the Platform that requires an account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2.3 kkb8 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kkb8 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must notify kkb8 in writing and cease using the Platform. You may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time through the standard account closure procedure.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open an account and participate in any activity on the kkb8 Platform. kkb8 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kkb8 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all locations. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not permitted.

3.3 Personal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not a professional player acting under any form of arrangement that would constitute abuse of kkb8's promotional structures, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order placed with kkb8 or any other gambling operator.

3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of kkb8 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in wagering activities on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the kkb8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, email address, payment method or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. kkb8 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to belong to the same individual may be closed without notice, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. kkb8 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkb8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify kkb8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). kkb8 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. kkb8 applies KYC requirements in good faith to protect Players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

4.5 Account Currency. All kkb8 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Transactions are processed in BDT. Where payment providers apply currency conversion, the resulting exchange rate is the responsibility of the payment provider and not of kkb8.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. kkb8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Payment methods available may change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to verify available methods at the time of transaction.

5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Use of third-party payment methods, including accounts belonging to other individuals, is strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. kkb8 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed by kkb8 within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC status and the payment provider's own processing time. kkb8 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during standard operating hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) the deposit used to fund the withdrawable balance must have been wagered at least once; (c) no active bonus wagering requirement must apply to the balance being withdrawn; and (d) the withdrawal request must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Platform.

5.6 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible. kkb8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.

5.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. kkb8 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following advance notice by email. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spin awards and other incentive offers made available by kkb8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer description at the time of the promotion.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time. Where a Player accepts a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited at kkb8's discretion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. kkb8 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and systematic exploitation of offer structures. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances cancelled and may be subject to account closure.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus balances that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire thirty (30) days after the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been completed within that period.

6.6 kkb8's Right to Modify Offers. kkb8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time prior to a Player opting into that offer. Once a Player has opted in and the bonus has been credited, the terms in place at the time of opt-in will apply.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on kkb8 are subject to acceptance by kkb8 at our sole discretion. kkb8 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmed bet slip reference is generated and displayed to the Player.

7.2 Odds. Odds published on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. kkb8 is not responsible for odds displayed in error, and bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by kkb8 where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the bet was accepted on the basis of an obvious pricing error; (c) a match or event outcome is subsequently found to have been affected by corruption or match-fixing; or (d) the event does not proceed as scheduled and applicable rules provide for voiding.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. kkb8 is not liable for bets submitted during a brief suspension window that result in technical acceptance at incorrect odds — such bets may be voided without prior notice.

7.5 Results and Settlement. All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the absence of an official result, kkb8 will use the result most widely reported by credible sports news sources at the time of settlement.

7.6 Maximum Payout. kkb8 may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets and/or single events. Where a maximum payout applies, it will be displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. kkb8 is not obliged to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout regardless of the calculated return.

8. Casino Game Rules

8.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games available on the kkb8 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. kkb8 does not influence or control individual game outcomes beyond configuring games in accordance with provider specifications and applicable Return to Player (RTP) parameters.

8.2 Game Rules. The specific rules applicable to each casino game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before placing wagers. kkb8 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection or server error during a game session, kkb8 will use best efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the interrupted round from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager for the affected round will be returned to the Player's balance. kkb8 is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of anticipated winnings or other damages resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

8.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. The rules of each live table are governed by the relevant provider's game rules as presented during gameplay. kkb8 acts as a platform intermediary for live dealer content and does not independently operate the live dealing environment.

8.5 Progressive Jackpots. Progressive jackpot games involve a portion of each wager contributing to a shared jackpot pool. Jackpot rules, trigger conditions and payout procedures are governed by the game provider's specifications. kkb8 will facilitate payment of jackpot wins as reported by the game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a jackpot outcome, the game provider's records shall be definitive.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkb8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to circumvent normal human interaction with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or any other activity in violation of applicable financial crime laws.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market, including sharing information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing kkb8's promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing kkb8 staff, support agents or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's account without their express authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

9.2 kkb8 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may disclose account information and transaction records in response to lawful requests. Players engaging in fraud or financial crime should be aware that kkb8 maintains detailed records of all Platform activity.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the kkb8 Platform — including but not limited to the kkb8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the property of kkb8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; use the kkb8 brand or logo in any manner without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on Platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of kkb8's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The kkb8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkb8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkb8's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 kkb8 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental or consequential losses; (b) loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a void bet or technical malfunction; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) losses resulting from events outside kkb8's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 kkb8 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

12.3 kkb8 uses SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform to protect the confidentiality of your data in transit. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to kkb8 staff in plain text.

12.4 kkb8 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers, KYC verification partners and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of delivering Platform services. All such partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 kkb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and without administrative delay.

13.2 Available responsible gaming tools include: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days); and (d) permanent self-exclusion. 14. Termination

14.1 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting kkb8 support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within three (3) business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no active withdrawal restrictions apply. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14.2 By kkb8. kkb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) kkb8 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or other unlawful conduct; (c) you are identified as being under 21 years of age; or (d) continuation of your account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to kkb8.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. kkb8 will retain your data for the period required by applicable law. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including any outstanding liability for fraudulent activity — shall continue in force.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with kkb8 support shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

15.2 kkb8 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play. kkb8 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to comply with the laws applicable to your location.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
